I say conscious because without having knowledge of the experience you can not experience. Did you ever hear of the saying, “if a tree falls in the woods and nobody hears it, did it fall?” If you are not attentive to the tree falling, then for you personally, it didn’t. An alternate way to see this is when something is moving so quickly you no longer view it. You’re not aware you didn’t experience it.

Being familiar with an event is important, however understanding separateness is important. Separateness = experience. When we see our bodies, our relationships, our emotions, everything that we notice as separate from us we’re then able to experience. As a result when we are in a state of unification, or unity, we cannot experience, we just are. Experience exists in a time space continuum. Since time and space never exist, then neither does the experience itself. So, exactly what does this indicate?

In other words, this means that what we all are going through in merely a representation of what we’re feeling and think about ourselves, because there is No other, but you. You Alone.

The reality is that all thoughts and feelings are about YOU. What you decide to see, feel, smell, act, taste, be are all choices depending on your thoughts and your feelings. Therefore you can understand what your feeling and thinking depending on what you have manifested consciously in your own life. Should you have manifested psychological pain, physical pain, relationship pain, what exactly are you thinking and feeling about these things?

If you believe and feel a desire to be punished, you shall be. Some say, life is based on luck, “shit happens”, or perhaps “God” or “the devil” make choices for you. They’re all true if you feel it to be true since there is but one and it matters not how you explain who is making the choice, it is always you. This is why all ways result in the same place.

When you feel a pain within the body, consider what am I thinking and feeling? Self awareness produces a chance to become directive in life. Taking hold in the now is when change comes about. In the moments of biggest despair we are able to decide to be happy.

This is a choice and a refection again of your inner thoughts and feelings about yourself, as all your experiences.
